Frequently Asked Questions
How can I print/access my online CE certificate?
- Please follow the instructions on the last page of your course handouts to access your certificate online.
How can I get a replacement completion certificate?
- Please click here to download the reissued certificate order form. For rush orders please call 650-851-8411 with the date, title and speaker of the workshop. There is a $20 fee for reissuing a certificate payable by Visa, Mastercard or personal check made out to “IAHB”. We can fax, email or mail your reissued certificate to you.
What about purchase orders?
- We only accept purchase orders from governmental agencies
- We require all purchase orders have the following statement on them: “We are aware that there is a $35 cancellation/no show fee per person”
- Anyone who registers with a purchase order who cancels or does not show up for the workshop will be invoiced for the $35 cancellation fee
What is your cancellation/refund Policy?
- All IAHB brochures have the following cancellation policy:
“Refunds will be given on requests postmarked no later than 7 days prior to the workshop. A $35 per person processing fee will be deducted from all cancellations. No refund will be issued within 7 days prior to the workshop. If IAHB cancels a workshop, tuition will be refunded in full.”
- All IAHB brochures have the following guarantee:
“If, by the first break, you are not satisfied, simply inform the on-site coordinator and turn in all materials. Write to IAHB requesting a refund and tell us why the workshop did not meet your needs, and your money will be refunded.”

How can I be added/updated/removed from the IAHB mailing list?
- To be added to our email list please enter your email address on our home page
- To be added to our mailing list please email staff@iahb.org with your current mailing address and full name
- To update a mailing address: please email staff@iahb.org with your past address as it appears on the brochure as well as your new address
- To be removed someone from our mailing list: please email staff@iahb.org with your address as it appears on the brochure (full name, address, city, state and zip code)
Home Study Questions
- David Burns’ Scared Stiff & “…And It’s All Your Fault!” home study post-tests are multiple choice/multiple answer questions.
- Compassion’s Boundaries posttest questions. We apologize for several errors on the post-test published with your home study. (The answers to questions 20, 23, 24, and 26-33 are not covered in the current version of the home study. You may omit these questions, or click here for the updated post-test
